First news update

And so the comic begins.

I apologize, this probably didn't make you LOL your pants off, but what can I say?  It's hard to introduce your characters while being hilarious.  So for these first few comics where I get things established, the hilarity may be at a minimum.  This is going to be a comic with a plot, but my goal is to keep it funny.  I want to try and get a joke in each day -- maybe not every day, but this comic should be funny.  There will be a story, but for the most part each chapter will be its own little story arc.  I hope you enjoy what's to come.

Building upon the temporary news update I'm sure few...or none...of you saw, GoDaddy was a bit of a pain to get started with.  It didn't want to let my PHP script work, so this first update has been delayed.  I apologize now if something on the site is broken -- it's a work in progress.

This comic took a bit longer to do than I originally expected.  I did some things with tones I hadn't done before.  This is new territory for me, so I may adapt in future comics.
